Nick & Brigette Frankgate have been in the catering trade for nearly 40 years. Mainly working in Hotels and Restaurants throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.

Chef Nick and Brigette owned the Courtyard Restaurant in Stamford, Lincolnshire in the early ‘80’s and gained an entry into the Good Food and Michelin Guides. Nick was also, the Head chef at The Old House at Shepperton Studio’s cooking for many famous stars during their filming.
